My Academic Journey:
My journey in psychology began at Middle East Technical University (METU) in Turkey, where I graduated one term earlier as a high honour student. This experience not only deepened my understanding of psychology but also motivated me to pursue a Master’s degree in Health Psychology at Bournemouth University in the UK. During my time there, I further enriched my knowledge of how psychological factors influence health, well-being, and overall quality of life.
Professional Expertise & Approach:
I specialise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, two highly effective, evidence-based methods that have helped many individuals manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Through these approaches, I work with my clients to develop coping strategies, increase self-awareness, and build emotional resilience.
I am deeply committed to helping individuals develop a better understanding of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I believe that by gaining this awareness, you can take control of your life and make positive changes that will help you thrive.
